Crisis Management and Crisis Information Management

摘要：

Instability, unbalance and a variety of nonlinear effects of the open corporations results in complicated and diversified crises. This paper looks upon the corporations as a subsystem of the social system, and discusses the components of the corporations, the nature of the crisis and crisis management from the perspective of systems.
