Research on the Early Warning System of Enterprises Crisis Management
Because the economic environment the enterprises face is complex and changeable, the enterprises face the crisis as necessary. The key point of the crisis management lies in the guard, it can help the enterprises avoid the crisis and reduce the crisis occurrence to establish the effective early warning system. On the base of the analysis of the classification of enterprise crisis, this article has constructed the spider web measure model of the enterprises crisis forewarns, which can directly and approximately diagnose the crisis the enterprises face. Finally has established the index system of the enterprise crisis early warning system, which can carry on the concrete quantification and the appraisal on the crisis, which the enterprises encounter.
