An Approach to Depicting and Tailoring Military Force

摘要：

Mission environment and resource entity of military force are modeled under conflict condition, on which an approach to description of military force advanced. The military force organization is divided into three layers, the first layer, bottom layer, is course of actions (COA), the second layer, middle layer, is task schedule, and the third layer, also top layer, is command and control (C2) structure among decision-maker. And military force tailoring is composed of three parts: mission planning to generate COA, resource allocated to give task schedule, and C2 structure design.
