What kind of college/university graduates are needed by enterprises?
The problem of employment difficulty for college/university graduates has emerged gradually due to enrolment expansion in colleges/universities. It becomes a great concern as to what kind of engineering graduates are mostly needed by enterprises. As a client of the university, we also to need discuss with educational institutes the methods of talents cultivation, i.e. how to cultivate college/university graduates really needed by enterprises. This paper summarizes some basic pringles of human resources development in industry and the aspiration of engineering graduates.
