The chaord organizational model on training interdisciplinary compound talents

Scientific development and social progress are increasingly dependent on interdisciplinary subjects and compound talents. This paper analyzes the characteristic of the interdisciplinary generation, intension and structure; and the four sub-models of the cross-talents training in cross-disciplinary such as the establishment of professional model (rigid, flexible, dynamic integration, industrial models, etc.), the target model (T, X, # type models), system model (such as Y type models, etc),process model (Sub-paragraph, services, innovations models, etc.), and compare the T talent training model of seven countries; put forward the chaord organizational model of training cross-talents by cross-disciplinary, including organizational goals, culture, structure, mechanisms, borders, ecology, crisis, and so forth.
