Offering research experiences by process technology competition

摘要：

Traditionally, the common way used to test the ability of students is by examination. However, research experiences for undergraduate students have been relatively rare. Offering research experiences by competition specifically to third year students has been launched for seven years in ECUST. The special features of the competition include promotion of active problem-based learning, solving problems by corporation in groups and accumulating experiences by different kinds of mode. This article focus on providing research experiences to undergraduate students by competition in East China University of Science and Technology.
