RESEARCH ON FLOW MEASUREMENT BY INTERNET BASED ON TCP/IP PROTOCOL

摘要：

A networked flow measurement system based on TCP/IP protocol is presented in this paper. To develop a practical system, both flow measurement technology and communication technology are incorporated, and a single chip microcontroller is employed. The system enables a client to serve for real-time flow measurement,state monitoring and control. The main goal is to make an intelligent flowmeter as a network node based on TCP/IP protocol to exchange information with an ordinary internet. It is the way not only to improve the measuring accuracy and cost of the system, but also to make its installation and service more convenient. The architectures, hardware circuits and software modules of the system are detailedly introduced in this paper.
