A SPECIAL METHOD FOR RETRIEVING UNDERWATER MOVING TARGET-RADIATED SQUARE PHASE DYNAMIC COUPLING SIGNALS
Aiming at the feature that third-order cumualnt of sine stochastic phase signals with quadratic phase coupling is nonzero and that third-order cumualnt of sine stochastic phase signals without quadratic phase coupling is zero, square phase dynamic coupling signals, which have to do with time, are defined and analyzed. TSBDALE (Third-order cumulant Slice-Based Direct Adaptive Line Enhancer) algorithm is developed. The TSBDALE includes the TDSBDALE, whose filtering coefficients are directly determined by third-order cumualnt diagonal slices of square phase dynamic coupling signals, and the TNDSBDALE, whose filtering coefficients are directly defined by third-order cumualnt non-diagonal slices of square phase dynamic coupling signals. The simulation tests with the underwater moving target-radiated square phase dynamic coupling signals are dynamically carried out. The results have shown that the proposed TSBDALE algorithm is especially fit for retrieving underwater moving target-radiated square phase dynamic coupling signals in Gaussian noise and that its performance in enhancing square phase dynamic coupling signals or handling Gaussian noise is better than that of the traditional ALE (adaptive line enhancer).
