REDUCIBILITY, STRUCTURAL CONTROLLABILITY CONDITION OF A CLASS OFRATIONAL FUNCTION SYSTEMS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS

摘要：

In this paper, some concepts on reducibility and separability are presented. The structural controllability condition of a class of rational function systems is derived. An application example of An RLCM electrical network over F(z) is analyzed to show the structural controllability condition being significant from the viewpoint of physics.
