An Improvement Fast INTER Mode Selection For H.264 Joint with Spatio-temporal Correlation

摘要：

Considering the much computational complexity of selecting inter macrobiock coding mode for H.264, an improved fast mode decision is proposed in this paper by exploiting the features in spatio-temporal domain. Simulations show that the proposed algorithm reduces the encoding time by 89.94％ on average without consideration performance degradation.
