Applied research on EH4 electromagnetic imaging in the perspective evaluation of the leachable sandstone-type uranium deposit
The economic and quick geophysical methods applied to the perspective evaluation of the leachable sandstone-type uranium deposit are studied at current. This paper discusses the feasibility, resolution and effects of the near-surface conditions etc. in the application of EH4 into the prospecting leachable sandstone-type uranium deposits with two-dimensional forward and inversed techniques through model-studies. With this technique, a measurement profile is given as an example. Key geological problems can be solved by this technique with lower capital and operating cost.
