Wireless Sensor Network Architecture Based on Cluster and Analysis of Its Energy Cost

摘要：

Sensor network is an important and effective method of information collection. This article discusses the characteristics of sensor network comparing with MANET, and introduces clustering sensor network architecture. The nodes in this architecture can be classified as the following four types, cluster head nodes, active nodes inside cluster, the dormancy nodes and free nodes. An energy cost model in the sensor network is given in the article. The energy cost simulation is done and the influence of clustering on the energy cost is analyzed.
