Fuzzy and Real-time Queue Management in Differentiated Services Networks

摘要：

The aim of this paper is to design a robust active queue management system to secure high utilization, bounded delay and loss, while the network complies with the demands each traffic class sets. To this end, we will use Fuzzy Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller in which the parameters of PID controllers is tuned based on fuzzy logic. The proposed controller is simple to implement as well as robust due to the nature of fuzzy controller.
