EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF A NEW DOUBLE-CAPILLARY TUBE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM OF CHEST REFRIGERATOR
A new BCD-192 chest refrigerator with the double-capillary tube in tandem refrigeration cycle has been designed and produced. According to the correlative requirement of the national standard, many experimental researches on the performances of the tandem double-capillary tube refrigeration cycle respectively adopting refrigerant R12, R134a and R600a have been done detailedly. The experiment results show that in contrast to the energy consumptions of the BCD-192 chest refrigerator with the single-capillary refrigeration system, the energy consumptions of the BCD-192 chest refrigerator with the new refrigeration system decrease almost by 8%, 7.5% and 8.3%, when refrigerant R12, R134a and R600a are adopted respectively.
