DESIGN AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON ZB150W AIR-COOLING ICE-MAKING MACHINE

An air-cooling ice machine is designed based on UL250 Criteria and the environmental protection and electrical appliance security in Euro-America. Refrigerating technique includes vapor-compression type, forced air-cooling condenser, tube and sheet evaporator with variable space between fins, and time of defrosting using electrical heater. Special cold air pipes can not only make the air stream of ice-making chamber, but also aid to fix the centre of ice-making machine. The small air-cooling ice-making machine with the volume of 150cubic decimeter can make ice more than 4 kilogram one day. The product has gotten the attestation of UL and has been exported to Euro-America in batches. The application and experiment shows that the machine can make qualified ice, is convenient for use and saves energy.
