THE COUNTERMEASURE RESEARCH FOR HOTEL PRODUCTION SERVICE SYSTEMS SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CONSERVATION

摘要：

The paper investigates the investment-production quantity structure of the economy–energy-environment system in the hotel production–service process, and analyzes the existent problems in the large-scale hotel with high energy consumption.The investigation indicates that the annual energy consumption of the dining service process accounts for 50％ of the hotel’s total energy consumption ; the environment load accounts for about 80％; the economical output value is about 25％, which is a typical traditional economic mode with the characteristic of resources - production – waste .With the rapid development of economy , the resources’ environment cost will be more and more; It analyzes the material resource consumption、the energy resources consumption、environment load in the hotel dining service semi-production process and the finally service process.Meanwhile, indicates the existent quantity structure problems by investment-production analysis method, and optimizes the hotel production service system’s energy sources distribution structure and the investment-production quantity structure ,which provides the reference for the hotel industry sustainable energy conservation’s realization.
