A NEW TECHNICS FOR CONDENSING HEAT RECOVERY OF AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM

The paper reviewed energy efficiency and energy consumption situation of building heating and cooling systems in china. It is found that air source heat pump plant worked in low efficiency condition because of traditional technology. Then a new technics has been proposed based on the combination of condensing heat recovery technique and heat pump technique. The new technics applied on air source heat pump adopts compound condensing module of air-cooling plus water cooling instead of former sole air cooling model. And the plant which could be called multi-function heat pump adopting this technics can realize good cooling and heating effect, and at the same time recover condensing heat to heat sanitary hot water. Fluid bypass pneumatic control method of compressor reversing valve has been applied to make sure the plant could shift among different working modes flexibly following building users’ requirement, and relatively fewer device changes have been made. Experimental prototype of air conditioning-hot water generation heat pump applying the new technics has been invited and tested. Testing results indicated that the plant could be able to perform stably and flexibly under each condition and have relatively high EER. At last it is suggested that, in the winter before starting sanitary hot water model supplementary electric heating equipment could be used to heat water to a higher temperature, which is a more energy-saving and efficient way.
