摘要：

This extended abstract describes how IBM developed a suite of advanced supply chain planning software for its high-tech manufacturing businesses, along with related topics such as resource requirements and supporting infrastructure. We wish our experience could inspire other supply chain professionals to evaluate more options when conducting projects in the future.
