Introduction of an Integrated Bridge Information Management System

摘要：

The main functions and property of the IBMS are introduced. A five-grade on site evaluation method and a bridge condition assessment method have been developed. The arithmetic of bridge condition forecast is introduced. The maintenance plan optimization is developed basing on enumerating. The advantages and disadvantages of enumerating function in maintenance plan optimization are summarized.
