Mechanical analysis of HDPE Cable Sheathing

摘要：

One of the main factors to the fatigue cracks of PE Cable Sheathing is its stress level. To the HDPE Cable Sheathing crack disease, a high-density polyethylene viscoelastic mechanical model is established based on the creep test data. With this model, influence of temperature 、 store history and different ways to apply force on the stress level in the process of storage and initial stress after unwrapped is analyzed, and foundation for fatigue durability analysis is established. Some advice for storing and construction are given.
