An Empirical Study on Determinants of Firms Synergistic Innovation: A Study of Determinants for Firms Synergistic Innovation on Demonstration

The commercialization of technology achievement involves many kinds of the factors interaction. By taking innovation as a process of factor Synergy, innovation is the interaction synergistic process between core factors (technology and market) and several support factors (strategy, culture, institution, organization, management and resource etc.) in a firms. Based on this view, we develop an after a throughout literate review. The results of this empirical study is: (a) The most important factors are institution, strategy and culture of all the factors including institution, strategy, culture, organization, interface, cooperation, etc. (b) the sequence of the three principal factors by means of the degree of importance is information communication, strategy and culture, human relationship and organization structure. It confirms that information conduction and communication are precondition of synergistic innovation while strategy, culture, organization and institution closely relate to firms synergistic innovation. (c) Different between strategy choice and synergistic innovation factors form different relationship. The more ambitious of a firms strategy positioning the more the aggressive, the higher synergistic innovation required, the higher the degree of integration.
