How Does TIM Facilitate Manufacturing Firms Acquiring Sustainable Competitiveness: A Case Study of CIMC Group

摘要：

To maintain long-term and sustainable competitiveness in fast-changing and uncertain environment, firm must enhance its innovation capacity through total innovation management. CIMC Group, the world biggest company in the field of container industry, is a good example of TIM. Start with the introduction of TIM theory and the case firm, this paper addresses the TIM pattern of CIMC Group including innovation of strategy, technology, culture and marketing, etc.
