Universitys Technology Transfer in Optimizing Regional Industry Structure
With the deepening of innovative globalization, strengthening national general innovative capability and forming national innovation system (NIS) become a strategic choice for all countries. In 2006, China has brought forward confirmedly that forming NIS is the great strategic arrangements facing the future, and most of all, technological innovation system is more needful to build up in which an enterprise is a main actor. Due to incapacity of being a main actor for Chinese enterprise up to now, universities should give an effort to facilitate enterprises promoting their innovation capability. Thereupon, the paper is intended to explain the developing status of technology transfer of a university, analyzes effect of universitys technology transfer in optimizing regional industry structure and discuss factors which affecting the transfer. Furthermore, the paper set up a game model of transfer. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions of promoting universitys transfer in optimizing regional industry.
