The Disruptive Innovation of Production Mode

摘要：

This paper analyses the connotation of disruptive innovation. At the base of re-defining the disruptive innovation and confirming its performance, the disruptive innovation operational extension is broadened. This paper suggests that innovation can also happened in the process of production and manufacture. Just like the needs of customer, production mode can also be over-supplied. When disruptive innovation happens in the process of production, the cost of production can decrease greatly. A case of manufacture in China is exemplified.
