Cooperative R&D into Stakeholders of Logistics Enterprises Dynamic Governance Based on Swarm
The problem about cooperative R&D was studied among the stakeholders of logistics enterprises dynamic governance by Swarm method. Through the analysis of corporative governance, game relation was discussed about cooperative R&D among the agents of the logistics enterprises and their stakeholders including the logistics enterprises, directors, stockholders, managers, employees, clients, creditors, universities, institutes, and suppliers from the angle of multi-agent. Then we got the concept diagram of the cooperative R&D based on multi-agent. The features, reward, action of each agents and the relation about cooperative R&D were determined and the Swarm model was established. With Swarm simulation method, different cooperative R&D mode including supervising and effort degree, cooperative game and non-cooperative game was studied. Dynamic evaluative result was displayed. The result shows that the effort degree of the managers directs proportion to the supervising degree, stipulation and restraining standard in the delayed time among the stockholders and the managers. It is necessary to fulfill the supervising right for the stockholders. The R&D project must be updated after a period for the inherent cycle. The cooperation among logistics enterprises and suppliers can not only cause the optimal profit of logistics enterprises, but also make the suppliers to obtain optimal profit respectively. The agents will possess enthusiasm about technology innovation for seeking their maximum utility values.
