Research on Operation Modes of Outsourcing Innovation Network
With increasingly intensified competition in global market, outsourcing strategy has attracted more and more attention in recent years. However, outsourcing does not merely rest on the relationship between outsourcer and supplier, but tends to form a huge innovation network through the connection with the third and fourth party. Based on case analysis, the paper identified two innovation operation modes of Outsourcing Network: Actor Outsourcing Innovation Networks and Nesting Innovation Outsourcing Networks. Then, the paper carries on the comparative analysis on characteristics and applicability of the two operation modes, as well as the relationship between them.
