An Approach to the Innovation Management between Chinese and Spanish Small- and Medium-size Companies: First Chineka Programme Experiences
In todays competitive environment, innovation represents a source of competitive advantage for companies and organizations. Thefore innovation management programmes are acquiring an increasing strategic importance not only in multinational companies but also SME. In some cases, these iniciatives are based in an international framework, which enhances the flows (creation, transfer, combination and transformation) and storage of technical knowledge between a group of companies.This paper describes an approach to innovation management between Chinese and Spanish small and medium-size companies within the Chineka Programme Framework. In particular it presents the case of Temper Group - a holding specialized in manufacturing, consultancy and distribution of commercial products and services in the electric and electronic sectors- and BELLMATE HOLDINGS Ltd. - manufacturers of high quality electronic products to USA & Europe market- and the collaboration of both firms in a joint project: UTOCLIMA.
