The Key Factors Empirical Study on Promoting Enterprises Organizational Innovation under the Network Environment
According to the related literatures and the results of enterprises investigation, this article proposed a research model for promoting enterprises organizational innovation to be successful under the network environment. Then we construct a structural equation model based on the research model through the collected data, to distinguish the key factors which made enterprises organizational innovation to be successful under network environment. Finally we discuss some findings from this research and give conclusions.
