Research on the Relationship between Technology Transition and Capability of Independent Innovation Based on BP Model

摘要：

How to construct an innovative nation and improve the independent innovation capability has been one of the focus questions which are paid attention to in our country. Technology transition regarded as an important component of improving the independent innovation capability is waiting for the further study. On the basis of relevance datum of our country technology transition since 1949, I try to get the best scale between these technology transitions factors which will enhance the capability of independent innovation technology transition using BP model, and advise that how to carry on the technology transition by the optimum mode for improving the independent innovation ability of our country in new time. The result demonstrated that this model can solve this kind of problem with higher accuracy and maneuverability, so suggest that the method should be applied to other areas.
