The Quantitative Research of Relationship between Academic Entrepreneur and Enterprises Performance: Based on China Study
With the development at full speed of the knowledge economy, research of the Academic Entrepreneur(AE) and their enterprises is imperative. The basic purpose of this study is to identify the composition of the enterprise performances influencing factors and research the relationship between the influencing factors and enterprises performance. The author put forward the Three-Dimension Model of AE Personal Traits, Human Capital, Entrepreneurial Environment With Enterprises Performance in order to build up the theory study hypothesis. Afterward, defined several great respects of the influence factor and designed the questionnaire.84 AEs from 12 universities as the study object and were surveyed through questionnaires. From the regression analysis, the author have made advanced exploration into the relation between AE and enterprises performance, The study conclusions examined /amended the theory model. Finally the author discussed the key points of the future research.
