Key Success Factors Analysis of Women Scientists

摘要：

The success of women scientists is influenced by various factors including both themselves and their external environment. Using the theories of psychology, education, philosophy, management and cases on women scientists both at home and abroad, this article discusses women scientists common characteristics and some correlative important factors helping them succeed, such as their family background, education, surroundings, marriage and personal qualities.
