The Study of Technology Innovation Management Model of Liaoning Small- & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)

摘要：

With the revitalization in old Industrial Base of Liaoning, a great deal of SMEs have become the most activity part of the technology innovation system. But some issues have been appeared, such as lacking the interior technology innovation and exterior policy. This study as the key factor for the revitalization of old industrial base, can increase the transform of technology resulting effectively.Firstly, this paper studied the current situation of SMEs technology innovation management. Then it analyzes the suitable model for these firms and presented the dynamic matrix technology innovation model. The author conducted practical research in Luming Group, Dalian to strengthen the conclusion.
