The Application of Extensional Evaluation Based on Entropy Weight to the Comprehensive Evaluation of Technological Innovation Projects
Technological innovation is the ultimate fountain of the improvement of an enterprises core competitiveness and the achievement of its competitive advantages. However, there is a big risk in developing the technological innovation projects, so how to evaluate accurately and how to choose the most optimal one is of great importance. Nowadays, the comprehensive evaluations of technological innovation projects are still on the initial stage, and mainly focus on their partial economic efficiency. With the help of entropy in information engineering, the matter-element model, the extension mathematics method and correlation function theory, an comprehensive evaluation index system of technological innovation projects is set up, and then an extensional evaluation method based on entropy weight is proposed. Through calculating the comprehensive interrelatedness of these technological innovation projects, the multi-objective evaluation has been summed up as a simple-target decision. Meanwhile, the quota value evaluation results provided by this calculating process will determine the innovation evaluation grade of different technological innovation projects, which can ensure the objectivity of evaluation. This system can provide a reasonable basis for the establishment and improvement of the comprehensive evaluation theory, and the correct decision of those technological innovation projects.
