An Empirical Research on the Factors Influencing Knowledge Transfer from Individuals to Groups

摘要：

Focusing on the individual and the group, this article established a model about the key factors that influence the knowledge transfer from individuals to groups. The quantitative relationship between the three factors and the effect of knowledge transfer was explored.
