Relation between Organizational Learning and Knowledge Integration: Its Impacts on Technology Innovation
Using 160 companies in South China, this study explores the relationships between knowledge integration and organizational learning and their contextual impacts on technology innovation. Results suggest that organizational learning has a direct positive impact on knowledge integration. Knowledge integration is distinctly related with organizational learning. Further, our results suggest that organizational learning affects technology innovation through knowledge integration.
