Technology Imported and Innovational Capability: A View of Knowledge Strategy

摘要：

The ultimate destination of technology imported was innovation following with technology assimilation to enhance and improve the level of technology and innovation. That was, ultimately the role of technology imported would be transformed from accepter (Buxie) to creator (Zaoxie). But it was a complex process to import, assimilate and absorb technology, moreover the process that innovation came with technology imported was full of challenges. Based on 167 samples, this study focused on the mechanism how technology imported affected innovation and how knowledge strategy affected this mechanism.
