Conflict Analysis among Organizations in Knowledge Chain

摘要：

Conflicts exist among knowledge chain organizations. The article outlines the basic structure of analyzing conflicts among knowledge chain organizations through theory and application of conflict analysis. The article tries to clarify the constituent factors of conflict analysis, establish the conflict analysis model building process and procedure and explains the solution process for equilibrium. At last, the article establishes the conflict analysis model among knowledge chain organizations by applying the conflict analysis theory and application to conflict analysis among knowledge chain organizations, and effectively explains the prisoners dilemma among knowledge chain organizations during their knowledge sharing process.
