Case Study of Endogenous Innovation-based Intellectual Property Right Strategy of Shenzhen IT Corporations
Dynamic competence is an important approach for hitech enterprises to obtain and maintain sustainable competition advantage under uncertain technology and market environment, and dynamic competence of an enterprise lies largely on the flexible resources of it. Intellectual property right (IPR) has been a flexible strategic tool of enterprises increasingly. Based on in-depth interview and survey, this paper chose five IT enterprises (Huawei, ZTE, Netac, Tencent and Yingning science & technology) in Shenzhen and combined with the system model of enterprise IPR strategy to discuss the IPR strategy combinations adopted by IT enterprises in the process of IPR creation, application and protection with the IPR tools such as patent, trademark, copyright and know-how in different development stages and different technical fields.
