Exploring the Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Innovative Performance

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of intellectual capital on innovative performance of firm. Using data collected from 102 Chinas firms related to software industry. Hypotheses were tested through hierarchical regression analysis. Results show that human capital positively influences structural and relationship capital. Moreover, human capital indirectly influences innovative performance through the impacts of structural and relationship capitals.
