The Internal Mechanism of Knowledge Absorption:Organizational Learning, Knowledge Energy and Knowledge Integration: An Empirical Study of Companies in South China
Based on the strategic perspective of basic knowledge theory, this thesis conducts a study on the inner mechanism of knowledge absorption: the organizational learning, knowledge energy and knowledge integration, as well as their routes and the mechanisms affecting them. By adopting structure equation model, 158 companies in south China are taken as samples to verify and modify the results of the previous study. The result shows that both organizational learning and knowledge energy have direct and positive impact on knowledge integration, and organizational learning has an indirect effect on knowledge integration through knowledge energy.
