The Comparison of Different Knowledge Management Process Models in Organizations
Knowledge Management (KM) has become a central theme in todays business environment and a commonly cited source of competitive advantage. Accordingly, there are many possible approaches to research on KM. The approach selected for this research is to look at the processes taking place within KM with the goal of developing a representation that is simultaneously both simple and comprehensive enough.The paper will be started by an overview of KM and related subjects. The examination of the existing KM processes in organizations presented by different researchers will be the focus of the next section. In the last section a comparison of the studied KM process models will be presented.
