Intellectual Property Rights in the South and Innovation Rate in the North

摘要：

There has been some debate regarding the relationship between intellectual property rights in the South and innovation rate in the North. Using a panel data from 61 developing countries and 25 OECD countries for the years 1985, 1990 and 1995, we found a positive relationship.
