An Analysis of Knowledge Transfer in Financial Service Innovation Process

Knowledge-intensive Business Service (KIBS) plays a more and more important role in economy and society. As a typical KIBS, financial service is facilitated a lot by Knowledge management, which enhances the financial firms competence greatly. Based on the literature and case study, this paper puts forward the nature of innovation process is knowledge transfer and client relationship development, and analyzes the problems of acquisition, transformation and dispersion of the knowledge management in financial service innovation process.
