Analysis and Classification Management Strategies of Stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology Innovation Project: A Case Study
The authors devote to apply the stakeholder theory to the domain of technology innovation for long time. Basing on our prior studies, we focus on the enterprise technology innovation project and research that how to analyze the stakeholders of the project and how to set up the classification management strategies in the course of innovation project. Absorbing other scholars good ideas, this paper takes power and interests as analysis dimensions and the classification basis, and divides the stakeholders of technology innovation into four kinds. Then we propose the corresponding management strategies and construct the classification management model of stakeholders in the enterprise technology innovation. Revolving this model, we further put forward the analysis frame of stakeholders in technology innovation project. Finally, we select Large-scale Ethylene Cold Box Domesticsized Project in Hangyang as the case study object, and apply the analysis frame proposed above on analyzing the stakeholders of this project and give classification management strategies.
