Construction Model of Corporate Social Capital and Implications for Enterprises in China——An Interactive Perspective
Corporate social capital is a crucial source for the sustainable advantage of enterprises. From an interactive perspective, the authors proposed a conceptual model of the sources of corporate social capital. On analyzing the relationships between interactive actors and corporate structural social capital, interactive behavior and corporate relational social capital, interactive air and corporate cognitive social capital and, interactive efficacy and the whole corporate social capital, the authors studied the distinctiveness of corporate social capital in China and proposed some suggestions accordingly.
