Ready to Learn ——A Learning Organizations Readiness Evaluation

摘要：

This paper describes the readiness evaluation of Business Unit 2 (BU2) of SAE Magnetics Ltd (SAE) at the initial stage of its LO journey. This is a follow up on the successful trial adoption of LO in another of SAEs business unit (BU1) that was started in 2002. The readiness evaluation seeks to assess the needs, current culture, learning attitudes and learning disabilities of the BU2, in order to help determine its readiness and the appropriate course of actions needed in the subsequent stages of its LO journey.
