Modeling and Implementation of Integrated Management System for Product Collaborative Development Chain
Product Collaborative Development Chain (PCDC) provides a platform which can efficiently integrate, optimize and harmonize the information and resources in new product development. A three-dimensional model of PCDC, including view, life-cycle and application module dimensions, is proposed and analyzed to guiding the process of system construction. Key technologies implementing PCDC management system such as product platform management, decision-making technology, task decomposition and allocation are discussed. The design and actualization of integrated management system of PCDC are illustrated. Then, the process of system implementation is proposed. Finally, a prototype system for implementing PCDC which provide the support and direction for achieving product fast development, reducing cost, improving the degree of customize and innovation, is given.
