Study on the Dynamic Overall Synergy Based on the Cognitivism Model of TIM

摘要：

The practice processes of Total Innovation Management (TIM) are the processes of practice, knowledge, again practice, and again knowledge, and are the exteriorization processes of innovation thinking of the innovation subject. The impediment of innovation thinking is the bounds of thinking. In this paper, a cognitivism evolution model of TIM has been proposed based on the analyses of thinking bounds of innovation subject according to the theorem of TIM and the evolution theorem of thinking in cognitivism meaning. The dynamic overall synergy mechanism of the overall employers, overall elements, overall time and space of the TIM is described based on the model.
