Strategic Alliance Based on Value Network
This article, based on relevant theories of the theory of strategic alliance and value network, by referring to the actuality and characteristics of 3G business in China, makes a research on which factors affect the development of 3G business, After that, a questionnaire is thus designed according to the above analysis to obtain corresponding index weight by AHP. At last the author further studies the application of the strategic alliance theory in 3G businesses.
