Research on Core Competence of Enterprise Based on Knowledge Management

摘要：

Following the knowledge economys appearance, knowledge as the organizational intellective capital, has become to the first tactic resource during the development of economy, and the knowledge management will become important and effective strategic instrument to improve the organizational core competitive power, too. This paper illustrates annotations of knowledge management and the essence of the core competence of enterprises, discusses the relationship between constitutional factors of the core competence and knowledge managements, and constructs concept model between knowledge management and enterprise core competencies. At last, the paper claims that an enterprise should try to improve its core competitive power by strengthening power of knowledge management process that is knowledge acquire, knowledge organizes, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge innovation.
